Orbis Productions Limited is a privately held company based in the Waikato region of New Zealand. OPL has been an incorporated limited liability company since 2004 and prior to that it was operating as a consultancy and IT Management provider.

In 2004 OPL successfully acquired waipa.com and it's flagship photographic production business. Since then OPL has started in fiction publishing, currently with four novels published.

In 2017 OPL expanded it's software business by branching into the production of hardware as well. The Club Register system is designed for New Zealand Pistol clubs to allow them to electronically keep attendance data and generate legally required reports.

2020 saw a radical departure from other previous activities when we opened our first physical retail location in Hamilton with the launch of WAIGOLD. This is a business focused on using the latest state of the art technology to enable our activities of buying and selling precious metals (Scrap gold, silver and Platinum, gold, silver and platinum bullion - including coins, minted bars and cast bars) and the sale of quality second hand jewellery.
